When it comes to getting proper healthcare, it shouldn’t matter what your name is or how you sound like. But in 2020, it unfortunately still does. Unconscious bias plays a devastating role in our healthcare system, and all too often, women of color receive inferior treatment.

“The Call” was created in partnership with EmpowHer NY to spark a much needed conversation and drive unconscious bias training in hospitals and healthcare facilities across the US.
